1. Scope of Services
This document establishes the conditions under which AcousticBrand provides corporate sound branding, acoustic environment optimization, and advanced soundproofing services for commercial spaces, business centers, and conference rooms. Each project is preceded by a rigorous acoustic audit, and the proposed solutions are customized according to the building's specifics and the client's requirements.
By accessing the website and requesting a quote, the client confirms that they have read and fully accept the terms below.
2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
AcousticBrand undertakes to perform the work according to the agreed technical specifications, using certified materials and equipment. The client undertakes to provide access to the targeted space, to furnish the necessary information for the audit, and to comply with the payment deadlines established in the contract.
- Any modification to the scope of work after signing the contract may incur additional costs and adjustments to the execution deadlines.
- The client is responsible for obtaining the necessary permits (construction permits, fire department approvals, etc.) for work involving structural modifications.
- AcousticBrand is not liable for damage caused by subsequent interventions carried out by the client or third parties.
3. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided in accordance with current professional standards. AcousticBrand cannot be held liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, business interruption, or moral damages, even if informed of the possibility of their occurrence.
The total liability of AcousticBrand for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the invoiced value for that service. This limitation does not apply in the case of personal injury or direct material damage caused by gross negligence.
4. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All information shared by the client during the acoustic audit or project execution is treated confidentially. AcousticBrand will not disclose technical data, plans, or specifications to third parties without the client's written consent, except as required by law.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
5. Payment and Invoicing Terms
Payment deadlines, amounts, and invoice structures are established in the individual contract for each project. In the event of late payment, AcousticBrand reserves the right to suspend work execution until the outstanding amounts are paid.
Any complaint regarding an invoice must be submitted in writing within 10 working days of receipt.
6. Duration and Termination of the Contract
The contract enters into force on the date of signing by both parties and remains valid until the completion of the work and full payment of invoices. Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice in the event of non-fulfillment of obligations by the other party.
In the event of termination, the client shall pay the value of services rendered up to the termination date, including the costs of materials already ordered.
7. Modification of Terms
AcousticBrand reserves the right to periodically update these terms. The current version is published on the website and supersedes any previous version. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them.
